Dr. Jairo Tejada feels a sincere “sense of happiness and satisfaction” when helping patients. His favorite part of being a physician is “improving the health of patients to keep them as functional as possible.” Dr. Tejada says he empathetically listens to his patients’ concerns to fully understand their circumstances, which has helped him “establish meaningful doctor-patient relationships.” He loves encouraging patients to be active in their care and enjoys serving the senior population. Dr. Tejada explains, “taking care of those who dedicated their lives to help us be where we are today is very satisfying.” Dr. Tejada is passionate about photography and enjoys capturing photographs in his free time. He also likes dancing.

Kelly Goodwin

Kelly Goodwin chose to become a nurse practitioner because she is passionate about helping people. “To aid in restoring someone’s health also directly impacts their state of mind and quality of life. I love to see my patients smile and be full of hope,” she says. She enjoys learning from patients and believes everyone deserves access to “quality healthcare.” In her practice, she emphasizes the importance of preventative care. “I want to be able to inspire my patients to be active participants in their healthcare, which will foster improved health for their families and communities,” she explains. In her free time, Kelly Goodwin enjoys traveling and going to festivals. She also loves attending church and learning new things.

Fadi Hawawini

Dr. Fadi Hawawini’s favorite part of his profession is “being able to make a difference in people’s lives and contribute positively to my society.” He believes honesty and accountability are key in building strong relationships with patients. He loves caring for the senior population and “delivering the best care possible for our patients and providing their families with the peace of mind about their loved ones.” To keep up with the latest medical advancements, he attends conferences, discusses with healthcare leaders, and stays involved in the medical community. In his free time, Dr. Hawawini loves spending time with his wife and son. He especially enjoys watching his son play sports. He also likes staying up to date on world affairs.

Cabrina Ridley-Davis

Cabrina Ridley-Davis believes in “transparency and open communication.” She explains, “My job is to listen and understand my patient. The last thing I would want my patients to believe is that I want to control or take over their health.” She enjoys working with the senior population and aims to improve their health and reduce their hospital visits. “The reward for being a great provider is seeing my patient’s health improve,” she says. She often listens to medical podcasts. “It is imperative to stay in the know,” she explains. She adds, “I am a very happy and positive person that is looking forward to making a difference.” When not caring for patients, Cabrina Ridley-Davis enjoys relaxing, cooking, and spending time with family.
